Laid out for small screens first and designed around your business, not a stock theme.
Service — Website build or refresh
A mobile site you can edit yourself, with a contact or quote form, click-to-call and the local search basics in place. Fixed price, written scope, checked before it goes live.
From $2,400 fixed · optional care $99/mo
01 — Who it’s for
Most people looking for a plumber, a salon or a dentist find you on a phone. If your site is slow, hard to read on a small screen, or has no clear way to call or ask for a quote, those visitors leave. Some businesses have no site at all and rely on a Facebook page.
Website Starter is a fixed-price build for exactly that: a custom-designed site of up to six pages, drafted from a short questionnaire, set up for local search and checked for speed and accessibility before launch. You can edit it yourself afterwards, and optional Site Care keeps it backed up and working.
02 — What you get
Laid out for small screens first and designed around your business, not a stock theme.
You answer a questionnaire, and the page copy is drafted from your answers and sent to you for review.
A contact or quote form, a tap-to-call phone number and directions, so enquiries actually reach you.
On-page SEO for one location, analytics, and your Google Business Profile set up or cleaned up.
Mobile load time and WCAG 2.2 AA basics checked, with issues fixed before launch.
A one-page editing guide and access to every account, so routine changes don’t need a developer.

Need more than six pages, an online shop or more than one location? Larger sites are quoted in writing. You pay for your website builder or hosting and your domain directly. Get Found bundle: Website Starter, Local Visibility and Social Starter for $2,100 setup plus $595 a month, with a 6-month minimum. Open for Business bundle: Brand Kit, Website Starter and a Security Check-up (1 to 10 staff) for $4,250 fixed.
Prices in US dollars. Fixed packages under $1,000 are paid upfront; from $1,000 it is 50% to start and 50% on delivery. Monthly plans are billed in advance on the 1st, with 30 days’ notice to cancel and no long contract. Every limit is written into your proposal, unused allowance doesn’t roll over, and work beyond a limit is offered as an upgrade or quoted at $95 an hour in 30-minute blocks before it starts.
A one-page written review of your Google Business Profile and how your website works on a phone, with 10 specific items you can check yourself. Sent by email within 3 business days, no call needed. Free for anyone: ask for it in the proposal form.
The first five paying clients get 50% off the first month of one monthly plan, or 15% off one fixed package. After delivery you're asked for a short debrief and an optional case study that you approve before anything is published. The discount stands if you say no.
04 — How it works
Tell us what you do, where you work and what the site needs to do. A link to your current site or Facebook page helps.
You get a written proposal with the page list, price, timeline and roles. Nothing starts until you agree, and 50% is due to begin.
You fill in the questionnaire and send photos. The design and copy are drafted, and you send two consolidated rounds of changes.
The site goes live after final checks. You get the editing guide and every login, and files transfer once the balance is paid.
05 — Specialist roles
Your proposal names the roles for your actual brief, coordinated by an Engagement Lead, and the founder stays your single point of contact.
06 — Questions
Typical pages are home, services, about, contact or quote, a location page and one more, such as reviews or FAQ. If you need more, the proposal quotes the larger site in writing before anything starts.
Yes. The proposal says what is kept, moved or rebuilt, and old URLs that move get redirects so existing links keep working.
You do. The domain and hosting stay in your name and you pay for them directly. Files and logins transfer on final payment.
Answers to the questionnaire, your logo and photos of your work or premises. If content or access is more than 10 business days late, the project pauses until it arrives.
The build covers on-page basics for one location. Monthly Google profile work, review replies and new local pages are part of Get found locally.
For logins, backups and domain email records across your business, add a Security check-up to the same brief.
Describe the work in your own words. You get questions or a written proposal with scope, roles, timeline and price, usually within two business days. No obligation.
