Service — Social posts and email newsletter
A monthly calendar of posts with captions and on-brand graphics, scheduled once you approve them. Social Plus adds short videos, a monthly report and an email newsletter to your customer list.
From $395/mo · you approve everything first
01 — Who it’s for
Your Facebook page last posted in spring. Instagram is mostly photos from opening week. You know regular posts and the occasional email bring customers back, but there is always something more urgent.
Social Starter plans the month, drafts the captions and graphics, and schedules the posts once you approve the batch. Social Plus adds short videos edited from clips you send, a monthly report and a newsletter to past customers, which for many local businesses brings in more repeat work than posts do.
02 — What you get
A month planned around your seasons, offers and local events, sent for approval by the 25th.
Written in your voice and designed to match your brand, sized for each platform.
Approved posts are scheduled for the right days, so nothing depends on you remembering.
Holidays, slow months and local events planned ahead, so offers go out on time.
Two short videos a month, edited from clips you film on your phone.
A monthly newsletter to customers who signed up to hear from you, with news, offers and reminders.
03 — Packages and prices

Monthly
$695/mo
The newsletter is sent from an email tool in your name, such as Mailchimp, which you pay for directly. Paid ads and boosted posts aren’t included. Get Found bundle: Website Starter, Local Visibility and Social Starter for $2,100 setup plus $595 a month, with a 6-month minimum.
Prices in US dollars. Fixed packages under $1,000 are paid upfront; from $1,000 it is 50% to start and 50% on delivery. Monthly plans are billed in advance on the 1st, with 30 days’ notice to cancel and no long contract. Every limit is written into your proposal, unused allowance doesn’t roll over, and work beyond a limit is offered as an upgrade or quoted at $95 an hour in 30-minute blocks before it starts.
The first five paying clients get 50% off the first month of one monthly plan, or 15% off one fixed package. After delivery you're asked for a short debrief and an optional case study that you approve before anything is published. The discount stands if you say no.
04 — How it works
Tell us about your business, your customers and the platforms you use. Links to your pages and a few photos help.
You get a written proposal with the plan, platforms, price and roles. Nothing starts until you agree.
Each month’s batch of posts, plus the newsletter on Plus, is drafted and sent for approval by the 25th, with one consolidated round of changes.
Approved posts are scheduled and the newsletter goes out. Plus includes a monthly report. Cancel with 30 days’ notice.
05 — Specialist roles
Your proposal names the roles for your actual brief, coordinated by an Engagement Lead, and the founder stays your single point of contact.
06 — Questions
Yes. Nothing is posted or sent until you approve the monthly batch. One consolidated round of changes is included per batch.
From you, on your phone: a few photos of your work and short clips. Graphics and edits are made from those, and stock images are used only where you agree.
Not on these plans. Replying to messages is part of Customer inbox, which can cover Facebook and Instagram messages.
Facebook and Instagram are the usual pair. Starter covers two platforms and Plus covers three, for example adding Google profile posts or another platform agreed in the proposal.
Yes: customers who have agreed to hear from you. If your list lives in a spreadsheet or booking tool, it is moved into an email tool in your name. Bought lists are never used.
No. Ads are a separate add-on, quoted in writing, listed under Get found locally. Ad spend is always paid by you directly.
Describe the work in your own words. You get questions or a written proposal with scope, roles, timeline and price, usually within two business days. No obligation.
