Service — Customer inbox handling

Every customer message answered, from answers you approve

Replies to email, website forms and Google and Facebook messages during business hours, sent from an answer library you sign off. Bookings and quote requests come to you the same day, with a weekly summary of what customers asked.

From $395/mo · written channels only

01 — Who it’s for

For busy front desks that can’t keep up with messages

The phone rings while the inbox fills up. Questions about hours, prices and parking sit for two days, and by then the customer has booked somewhere else. Quote requests get buried under newsletters.

Inbox Care answers routine questions in your shared inbox and website messages from a library of answers you approve, and passes everything else to you. Inbox Plus adds Facebook and Instagram messages and Google profile chat. Replies fit your industry: clinics, restaurants and hotels, shops and law firms each get a matched specialist role. Clinics: no patient health information is handled at launch.

02 — What you get

How the inbox is handled

An approved answer library

Your hours, prices, policies and common questions, written once and approved by you. Replies are sent only from answers you approve.

Business-hours replies

Monday to Friday, US business hours. Within 1 business day on Inbox Care; same business day on Inbox Plus for messages received before 3 pm.

Same-day handoff

Booking and quote requests are passed to you the same day, with the customer’s details filled in.

Escalations go to you

Refunds, complaints, legal threats and anything health-related come straight to you and are never answered from the library.

Matched to your industry

A specialist role for healthcare, hospitality, retail or legal intake, depending on your business.

04 — How it works

From brief to answered inbox

  1. Brief

Tell us which channels you use, roughly how many messages arrive a month, and the questions that come up most.

  2. Propose

You get a written proposal with channels, volume, reply times, price and roles. Access is set up in your own accounts, never by emailing passwords.

  3. Make

The answer library is drafted from your website, policies and past replies, and you approve it before anything is sent.

  4. Deliver

Messages are answered within the plan’s reply time, handoffs arrive the same day, and a summary comes weekly. Cancel with 30 days’ notice.

06 — Questions

Straight answers

What happens with complaints or refund requests?

They come to you. Refunds, complaints, legal threats and anything health-related are never answered from the library.

Do you answer the phone or live chat?

No. Inbox handling covers written channels only: email and website forms, plus Facebook, Instagram and Google profile messages on Inbox Plus.

We’re a clinic. Can you handle patient messages?

Not patient health information: it is excluded at launch. For clinics the service covers a general enquiries inbox for hours, directions, new-patient paperwork and booking requests. Anything about symptoms, results or treatment goes straight to you.

What counts as a conversation?

One customer’s thread on one topic, however many messages it takes. Over the limit, you’re offered an upgrade, or the extra is quoted at $95 an hour before any work.

What about evenings and weekends?

Coverage is Monday to Friday, US business hours. Messages that arrive outside those hours are answered the next business day.

Ready to answer customers faster?

Describe the work in your own words. You get questions or a written proposal with scope, roles, timeline and price, usually within two business days. No obligation.
